THE PERSON BEHIND CLAVAN
Meet Lee Walsh
Founder · CLAVAN Property Finance
More than two decades of mortgage and property finance experience, beginning with seven and a half years at a major high street bank and progressing into senior leadership and director-level roles in independent mortgage and commercial finance businesses.
Lee began his career as a mortgage adviser at a major high street bank, developing a strong foundation in lending, client relationships and financial advice. He went on to work in independent mortgage advice before becoming a company director, leading a mortgage brokerage for more than a decade.
Lee subsequently took on a managing director role in a specialist commercial finance business, building further experience in bridging and commercial funding. He has continued working as a whole-of-market mortgage broker, alongside gaining practical experience in estate agency. This combination gives him insight into lending decisions as well as the realities of buying, selling and investing in property.
Through CLAVAN, Lee brings this experience together to help property investors, developers and businesses explore suitable bridging, commercial mortgage and development finance solutions.
